It was great in general: large room, stunning location short walk to liquor outlet which constantly had large delivery trucks passing through, and mini supermarket. Overall experience was pleasant...

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decor had a charming alpine feel, with lovely wooden accents and soft lighting that created a relaxing ambiance. The common areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. It was such a joy to spend time in the beautifully decorated lounge, reminiscing about old times and enjoying the company of fellow guests. The hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to the surrounding area, making it ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying leisurely walks.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice to have some additional assistance with our luggage or even a bit more guidance on local activities and attractions.

We had a very pleasant stay in Wanaka close enough to bakery, bar/restaurant and Wanaka. The staff were accommodating, liked them all. The location was FAVOURABLE close to the river for walks, and had everything you needed.

very clean - spacious with nice sitting area. 2 bathrooms - one with shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Good location - cafe and small grocery store right in front. Lots of storage space in the bathroom. Hot showers with good pressure. Well-stocked kitchen area accessible through room. Plenty of free parking. Close to a nice river path. Good heating. The cafe onsite has lovely pastries and coffee. Magnificent scenery.

I recently stayed at Alpine Junction for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel provided a spacious bathroom with ample storage space. The showers were hot with great water pressure. I also loved the separate kitchen area, which was well stocked and accessible through a door in the room. Another plus was the plenty of free parking available. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful river path, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Lastly, the heating in the rooms was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the river for walks and just a short drive away from the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great shower in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Parking was convenient and there were shops nearby for any necessities we needed. the cleanliness was top-notch and we were impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
